Full Council meetings are usually held on the second Monday of each month, except August.

Planning Committee meet monthly and reviews and comments on local planning applications made to Colchester City Council. It looks at ways of working with the County Council to seek to improve the Parish's roads and transport. All applications are reviewed in relation to the Neighbourhood Plan.

Staffing & Premises Committee meets every other month and looks after the assets owned by the Parish Council, management of the Parish Hall and rental venues, and staffing issues.

Finance Committee meets every other month to set the budget and carry out an end of year review.

Community Events Committee meets three times a year and runs the Community Events, Young At Heart, Community Library and Fun Days. It also oversees the Defibrillators.
